wow, just wow!
friendly staffeasy check-ingreat bar
i was greeted by super friendly staff the second i walked in (i felt so welcome!). i loved using the self check in and the lobby and bar area looked really good, really setting the tone for my visit. controlling the room with the tablet was super fun and easy, i could change the lights and blinds effortlessly.
the elevators were a tad slow, i noticed a bit of a wait sometimes.

I saw that breakfast had many options, perfect for any taste. a cool and modern coffee shop is open 24 hours. What else could you ask for? the bar had several options for drinks.

the king room had enough storage space, so i did not worry about my baggage. the bed was comfortable. the sink outside the bathroom was useful (very clever design!).

This hotel has really great facilities. i saw a 24-hour front desk. Very convenient. the lifts took me quickly to all floors. the hotel is located near many attractions.

urban viewipad controlcoloured lightingdisgusting smell
i really liked the urban view my room offered. the blinds were fun to control using the ipad. i enjoyed having coloured lighting, also controlled by the ipad. spitalfields and brick lane markets are very close to the hotel.
the sink in the bedroom had a disgusting drainage smell. i would've prefered not to smell it, as i found it very unpleasant. i hope this gets resolved soon.
